My business focuses on providing clients with beautiful and long-lasting nail designs using the best products available. I specialize in Japanese structure gel, which is easy to use and produces beautiful results. I work with a variety of clients, including those who are looking for simple, elegant designs as well as those who want something more intricate and unique.

One of the things that sets my business apart from others in the industry is my attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. I take the time to listen to my clients' needs and preferences and work closely with them to create a design that they will love. I also prioritize cleanliness and hygiene in my studio to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all of my clients.

♡ Business policies ♡

BOOKING
A $50 non-refundable booking fee will be charged at the time of booking. This fee is applied to the total cost of your appointment and can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if more than 48 hours notice is given.

It's important to note that the booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE in every circumstance.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Once you make a booking on the booking system, a text will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment with the details of the location of my salon.

Please be aware that I operate a home-based studio located in an apartment. Upon booking, you will receive my address, but I request that you keep this information confidential, including my unit number and floor level.

PAYMENT
Cash is my preferred form of payment.
Card and bank transfer payments are accepted.
Please note that it will incur a 2 % card surcharge if you are paying by card in the salon.

REFUND
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. During your appointment you will be asked for your opinion at each step. If you are not satisfied, please let me know during your treatment.
Refunds of any kind are not offered on any completed services.

REPAIRS
All nail repairs are free within first 3 days unless you haven’t followed after care advice.
You will need to contact me immediately so I can book you in for a repair!

CANCELLATION FEE
Please know that you are able to make any changes up until 48 hours prior to your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to reschedule.

All appointments that are canceled within 24 hours require the balance of the appointment to be paid as a cancellation fee.
This will be automatically charged to the customer’s card. The customer agrees to and understands that card details are kept on file by a secure payment system and this charge will be performed by a third party if the customer cancels within this time. The rescheduling within 24 hours also incurs the full appointment fee.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be forfeited, deposit non- transferable and the balance of the appointment charged to your card on file as a late fee/ cancellation fee.

UPON ARRIVAL
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. During this time, I will be preparing for your appointment, including cleaning and sterilizing. I kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle or send me a message to wait for a reply.

ALONE APPOINTMENTS
For your safety and the safety of others, I ask that clients come alone to their appointment.
This means that we cannot accommodate friends, family members, pets or children who are accompanying you.

SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE:
$50 surcharge occurs when your appointment falls on Sunday and public holidays.

Please note that I operate independently of the building, and therefore ask that you do not communicate with the building's reception staff, as they are not affiliated with Me

Our builder gel refill service is designed for clients who have received a builder gel application and are returning after 3 weeks and more for an infill.

The service includes a thorough assessment of your nails, the removal of the old top coat and colour, leaving a thin layer of base coat. Finally, the application of a fresh layer of builder gel in a new colour of your choice to ensure strength, flexibility, and protection.

Note that removal is not included, new clients with existing gel must add removal options.
